HANKVILLE HOT CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, about two thighs
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp Hankville sauce, see below
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 9-12 bread and butter sandwich pickles, diced

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and buttermilk until combined and smooth. Add Hankville sauce and mix, then fold in shredded chicken. Pour into baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter and spread evenly over top of the dip.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through.
  5. Top with diced pickles and serve while warm with Hank’s garlic bread, see below.

Equal parts Herb Infused, Cilanktro, Camouflage, Hank’s Heat, and honey. Don’t have all four, use your favorite(s)!

 

Hank’s Garlic Bread
Slice your choice of fresh baked bread, top with butter, garlic salt, and Hank Rub, toast until brown and crisp.
