A covered pot OR Crock Pot can be used for this recipe.
Pour 1Tbsp of olive oil in the pot
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and place in pot
Add ¼ cup of Camouflage Hank Sauce, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tbsp Hank Rub, 1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning and 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar to the pot and stir into the pork
Pour water into the pot until it just about covers all of the pork
Cook on med-high heat and stir occasionally (if you use a covered pot you will need to stir it more and make sure there is no ingredients stick to the bottom) ( in a Crock Pot you can just let it go and stir only a few times.
Once pork starts to break apart add 3 Tbsp Honey, ¼ cup of Camouflage Hank Sauce, ¼ cup of cut basil and ½ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce.
Stir well ensuring all ingredients are mixed evenly
Serve as a sandwich, top a burger, with rice, or any other way you can think of!
