4 tomatillo’s diced
2 ears of corn cut from the cob
2 sweet peppers diced
2 tablespoons of finely diced fresh ginger
¼ cup of Cilanktro Hank Sauce
1/8 cup olive oil ( or preferred cooking oil
1 tbsp. of Hank Dry Ru
1 lime (juiced)
4 cloves of garlic minced finely
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and allow 30 or so minutes to chill.
- Serve with chips (blue corn is a great option!) or load up some fresh tacos!
