Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the same condition that it was received - unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original receipt must be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will update you if the refund or return was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to five business days for our team to review your return and an additional 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Due to food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept any returns of sauces or dry rubs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@hanksauce.com.

Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted or returned.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Please note all sale items are final, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Please reach out to info@hanksauce.com should you have questions about your specific item.
