Spicy Tuna Wontons

  • 1 8oz tuna steak
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Hank’s Heat
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Diced avocado
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Chop tuna steak into fine pieces and place in a medium bowl
  3. In a separate small bowl add mayo, Hank’s Heat, and lemon juice. Mix into tuna until desired consistency. Store in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Grease a mini muffin pan andtuck one wrapper evenly into each opening, baked until golden brown, 7-10 minutes
  5. Let wontons come to room temperature then fill with a tablespoon of spicy tuna mix. Top with avocado and sesame seeds. Serve immediately
