Exit 17 Black Bean Salsa

  • One 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1½ cups corn (fresh is best, but frozen will do)
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Exit 17
  • ½ tsp sea salt 
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Great as a side dish or on top of Hank Rub dusted flounder tacos
