    The origin of the Datil pepper may differ depending on who you ask, or argue with. Yet one thing is for certain - this little pepper carries big heat and an even greater cult following in and around St. Augustine, FL. That just so happens to be where we started Hank Sauce as young lads attending Flagler College. It only made sense for us to incorporate the DATIL pepper into this seasonal, limited sauce. Consider it our way of tipping our caps to, well… whomever is responsible for making the move and introducing the DATIL pepper to the Florida shores!

    It's a bit hotter than our core sauces, yet not nearly hot enough to make you step back and put the bottle down.
