Spicy Shrimp and Tomato Skillet

Recipe Cook Time: 10-15 mins

Serves: 4 as entree / 8 as appetizer  


  • 1 lb shrimp (26-30, peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp. Hank's Heat
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl combine shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and Hank's Heat. Let marinate for 10-15 mins
  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and lemon juice, cook until shrimp are cooked through.
  3. Remove shrimp from pan and add tomatoes to remaining sauce. Sauté for 2 mins.
  4. Add shrimp back to pan to heat, season with salt and pepper, garnish with chives.
  5. Serve with rice for an entree or crostinis for an appetizer.
