Buff Dip - THREE WAYS

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/3 cup Herb Infused Hank Sauce™

1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 medium celery stalks, finely diced

1/8 cup white onion, finely diced


Dip Instructions:

In large bowl mix chicken, dressing, Herb Infused Hank Sauce™, cream cheese, celery, and onion.


CROISSANTS makes 16

Additional Ingredients:

2 cans crescent rolls

  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • Roll out crescent rolls on a baking sheet, place a heaping tablespoon of mixture on the wide end of the crescent and roll it up
  • Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown

WONTONS- makes about 40 wontons

Additional Ingredients:

1 package wonton wraps

Optional: Thai chili or blue cheese crumbles and dressing

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400° F
  • Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking oil
  • Tuck one wrapper evenly into each opening and fill with about one tablespoon of dip
  • Baked for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Optional: Top with Thai chili or blue cheese crumbles and dressing

PINWHEEL SAMMIES-  serves 8-12

Additional Ingredients:

6-8 large flour tortilla shells

Blue cheese dressing

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400° F
  • Place the tortilla on a cutting board and spread room temperature dip evenly onto the tortilla, leaving about a quarter inch from the edge
  • Roll jellyroll style, cut in 1-2 inch thick pieces, and baked until golden brown- about 15-20 minutes
  • Serve hot with blue cheese dressing for dipping
