½ cup of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
1/4 cup of cooking oil of your preference (olive oil was used here)
¼ cup of Cilanktro™ or Hank Sauce™ of choice
4 limes juiced
1 stalk scallions sliced thin
chips/veggies/crackers
Preparation:
- Drain and rinse chic peas, removing excess water - Add ingredients 1-6 into a food processor (a large bowl works as well if you have an immersion blender)
- Add ingredients 7-9, use more or less lime juice/Hank Sauce to control thickness
- Garnished with sliced scallions and serve!
